The Follwing Is A List of The Legislative Initiatives That Senator Beck Was The Author And Primary Sponsor Of During This Last Legislative Session

 

S1106 Amends stalking law to broaden protections for victims.
S1117 Establishes financial incentives for certain energy providers to conduct energy audits.
S1118 Requires NJ Transit to provide on-time performance data for bus passenger service in its annual report.
S1163 Expands coverage under “New Jersey Horse Racing Injury Compensation Board Act” to thoroughbred hot walkers, grooms, and assistant trainers under certain circumstances.
S1164 Appropriates $1,068,921 from “Garden State Historic Preservation Trust Fund” to provide historic site management grants for certain historic preservation projects.
S1338 Authorizes creation of memorial license plates for immediate family members of September 11 victims.
S1464 Provides tax deduction from casino gross revenues for certain promotional gaming credits. *
S1491 Requires executive county superintendent of schools to determine routes and bid and award contracts for all nonpublic school busing in the county.
